This system is completely confidential and the data cannot be seen by third parties.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Countries that accept this payment method: Spain (Peninsula) and Peninsular Portugal. FOR CANARY ISLANDS AND OTHER COUNTRIES THIS PAYMENT METHOD IS NOT ACCEPTED.
Payment of the order amount will be made to the same postal service, or to the courier, at the same time of receipt of the shipment. The deliveryman has no obligation to wait for the customer to open the package.
Cash on delivery has an additional cost of € 2.00.
If VAT-exempt customers (Ceuta and Melilla) choose this payment method, after the online order they will be sent an email to the email address indicated in the customer registration, indicating the amount without VAT of the purchase, made that they must pay cash on delivery.

PayPal is an online secure payment system of recognized international prestige. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading fraud and security prevention systems. When PayPal is used, financial information is never shared with the seller. Once the payment is completed, the transaction receipt will be sent to you by email.
Payment through the PayPal service entails an additional cost of 4% of the total purchase amount, including shipping costs. Once you have selected this form of payment and before confirming it, you will be informed of the increase that it entails regarding your purchase. If you want to change the payment method you can do so before confirming the payment with PayPal.
RETURN AND CHANGE PRODUCT
If you want to make a return or exchange of a product you must fill out the Exchange / Return Form that we attached with the order and attach it to the package you return to us. How do I return a product?
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the unwanted item within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the order. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Management as amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19.). *
Check that your return meets all the following points, before sending the product:
The product to be returned must be unused and in the conditions, that were delivered, that is, with all its original packaging intact, manuals and accessories. It cannot be dirty or grated.
Returns of customized products will not be accepted.
If the material requested as a return is not available, the customer may request that the money be returned. In this case, the amount paid for the product will be refunded less the original full shipping costs.
The shipping costs, both outbound and in return, in case of return they are the responsibility of the client less in the case of an error on the part of in-gravity.com. It is NOT considered an error of ingravity.com to have advised a client on the choice of a certain size or product.
Shipments will only be accepted through transport companies like FedEx, UPS, GLS, Seur, DHL, etc. Any liability on returns sent by regular mail is declined.
A package in which any seal has been directly attached to the original box or packaging of the product will not be accepted.
in-gravity.com does not accept returns due postage, unless the client has been authorized the client in written permission to proceed in this way.
If all the above conditions are met, in-gravity.com will accept the return of the product, changing it for another.
Who pays the shipping costs?
If the change is a result of an error in the preparation of the order for our online sales service, all shipping costs are paid by in-gravity.com. In that case you must contact our customer service at the email firstname.lastname@example.org
In the rest of the cases, InGravity.com does not support postage due. That is, in case the product or size chosen is not to the client's liking, round-trip shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
The costs corresponding to the shipment of the new exchanged product from our warehouse to the customer's address are paid by the customer.
When does the shipment arrive?
Once the product arrives at our warehouse and all the conditions necessary for its admission are checked, the process of sending the new product is carried out, within a period of 7 business days.

REFUND OF AMOUNTS PAID
The refund will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase, except in the case of having paid at delivery. In this case the refund will be made via bank transfer.
In-Gravity will not refund the amount of any reshipment until the receipt and condition of packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged in our warehouses has been verified. The price to be returned is the one originally included in the order, except transport costs, which will only be returned in the event that ingravity.com is responsible for the cause of return of the product. Once the correct status of the returned product has been verified, in-gravity.com will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 30 days.
InGravity.com customers benefit from the guarantee given by the different manufacturers of each of the items, being generally two years.
Defects or damage due to improper use, manipulation of the material or use marks, wear and tear, caused by normal use of the material, are not included in this warranty.
The decreases in the functionality of the items, due to the limitations of their conception, are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.
In-Gravity.com will act as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer to manage warranty issues
Only in the event that the manufacturer certifies the manufacturing failure of a product, will the amount of the product or its exchange be paid.
In the event that the customer opts for a product payment, the amount of the product will be refunded, discounting the amount of the total shipping costs generated.
To proceed with the return of the product for warranty, the processes described in the return and exchange of orders section must be followed.
Following the European tax regulations on VAT and the National VAT law, the following regulation is established:
If in-Gravity.com sells to a private individual, whether national or European, the% of VAT existing in Spain will apply (with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla that VAT will not be applied). Currently 21% of the price, although it may be subject to variation by the EU.
If in-Gravity.com sells to another Entrepreneur, outside Spain, within the EU, it will be billed without including the VAT of Origin, being obligatory for the Entrepreneur of the Other State of the EU to pay taxes and declare the VAT corresponding to said operation in your state.
If in-Gravity.com sells to a national Entrepreneur, the existing% VAT will apply in Spain. Currently 21% on the price.
If in-Gravity.com sells to an Entrepreneur who is not European (EU), it will not charge VAT on said product.
